In the spirit of designing things to be kept, if you’re not satisfied with the Mattress, we ask our customers to take steps to ensure it isn’t tossed into a landfill. We know that roughly 20 million mattresses are thrown away each year in the US alone, and even recycling has its limitations, so we invite you to be thoughtful about where your unused Mattress will go.If you’d like to return the Mattress, you have 30 days from receiving your order to initiate a return. Once initiated, you’ll have an additional 30 days to donate the Mattress, and receive a full refund with proof of donation. If you’d prefer for us to remove the Mattress, we’ll come to your house, and take it away for a $100 recycling fee
