Floyd accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.
Most furniture items may be returned within 30 days of delivery and are subject to:
- 10% restocking fee (50% for Sectionals and Sofas)
- Deduction of original shipping and delivery fees (non-refundable)
Return Fees
If the return is due to verified damage or manufacturing defect, Floyd will cover return shipping and waive restocking fees.
For all other returns, refunds are issued minus:
- 10% of MSRP (50% for Sectionals and Sofas)
- Original shipping and delivery charges
The Squishy Chair: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in addition to applicable restocking fees.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for return:
- Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be in original packaging
Items not in original packaging may be rejected or subject to additional fees.
Documentation Requirements
Photo or video documentation of the product and packaging is required for all return, refund, or warranty claims. Claims submitted without documentation will be denied.
Shipping Eligibility
Free return shipping applies only to purchases made on floydhome.com and delivered within teh contiguous United States.
International orders and orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are not eligible for return.
Made-To-Order Items
Made-to-Order items (including Sectionals and Sofas) are subject to a 50% restocking fee for returns and cancellations.
Final Sale Items
Full Cycle, Final Sale, Clearance, and Discontinued items are not eligible for return or warranty coverage.
Condition Exclusions
Items damaged due to accident, misuse, or external causes are not eligible for return.
Return Timeline
Returned items must be in transit with the approved carrier within 30 days of labe issuance.
Mattress Returns
Mattresses may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Unopened Mattresses
- Subject to 10% restocking fee
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Opened Mattresses
- Must be donated to a local 501(c)(3) organization within 30 days of return approval
- Proof of donation required
- Subject to 10% processing fee
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Bedding & Linens Returns
Unopened Bedding and Linens
- Returnable within 30 days
- 10% restocking fee applies
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Opened Bedding and Linens
- Not eligible for return
- Eligible for store credit with proof of donation to a 501(c)(3) organization within 30 days
After 30 days: No return, replacements, refunds or store credit issued regardless of condition.
Refund Method
Refunds may be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit.
Refund method selection is final after 7 days.
