What is the process for a warranty claim if my item is discontinued or updated?Updated a year ago
In the case of a discontinued or updated item, if it's still under warranty and you have a valid claim, we cannot replace just one part of a set if the design has been updated. Instead, we will replace the entire set with the current version. You will need to provide your shipping address so we can initiate the replacement order, which may take an estimated date range to ship as our replacements are often made to order.
