If you’re not pleased with your Floyd Bedding or Linens, please complete a returns form within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Unopened Bedding and Linens

• Returnable within 30 days
• 10% restocking fee applies
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

Opened Bedding and Linens

• Not eligible for return
• Eligible for store credit with proof of donation to a 501(c)(3) organization within 30 days

Replacements or refunds may be issued in the case of eligible shipping damage or factory defect with appropriate documentation.

After 30 days: No return, replacements, refunds or store credit issued regardless of condition.
