If you received a damaged or defective item please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Floyd offers three possible resolutions for damaged and defective items. These include:Keeping the item for a small discount for minor qualifying issues.Opting for a full or partial replacement.Return the damaged or defective item for a full refund by filling out a return form here.Items not returned within 30 days of delivery are not eligible for a return or refund.
