I received a damaged or defective item in shipment. What should I do?Updated 17 days ago

Damage or defect claims must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

Floyd may offer one of the following remedies:

  • Partial refund
  • Replacement (full or partial)
  • Return for full refund

Documentation is required.  Claims without photo/video evidence will be denied.

Items not returned within 30 days of delivery are not eligible for refund.
