How do I make a return?Updated a month ago

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in the original packaging.

To start a return

Start your return through our return portal here. 

Note: Undamaged or non-defective items will be subject to restocking fees ranging from 10% to 50% depending on the item type, and shipping is non-refundable. 

For items damaged in shipping, presenting factory defects, or for incorrect items, Floyd will cover all associated return costs.

Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees and shipping. 

Non-Returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
