Your replacement order will ship via our Freight Partner which allows you to schedule the delivery to your home. You can track your order using the provided order ID link. Once your order is in transit to a local delivery hub, RXO Logistics will contact you to select a delivery date. The incoming call may appear as a 1-800 number. You can also opt for text notifications by texting 'Deliver' to 97656 for updates on your order. After the order arrives at the local hub, there is typically a 3 business day period before being released for scheduling. You will then receive a call from the local RXO warehouse to schedule your delivery date.
