How can I get an update on my order's status?Updated a year ago

We're really excited to share that you can now check your order status on your own! Just head to our Help Center and click the Track My Order button, and you'll be invited to log in with the email associated with your order. 

If your order has shipped, you'll be able to view your tracking tracking. If not, you'll be able to see the order date and can compare it with the ships-by-date in your confirmation email. 

If your order has not yet shipped but is still within the ships-by-date range listed in your confirmation email, our team will not be able to provide further timeline information beyond the range you originally received.

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

If your order is beyond the ships-by-date quoted in your confirmation email, please leave us a message and we can look into any possible delays. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you wait until your ships-by-date has passed to request an order status.

Tracking is emailed to you automatically once your item has been shipped.
