How can a third party be given permission to discuss details of my order?Updated a year ago
For security purposes, we are only permitted to discuss account or order details with the account holder unless we have recorded consent. Permission can be granted in two ways: the account holder can either respond to an email chain confirming their consent, or call our team directly from the phone number associated with their account to give verbal permission.
