Are there any specifics I should know about my Scheduled Freight Partner delivery?Updated 2 months ago

An adult must be present at the time of delivery and pets must be clear from the delivery area. 

Please provide a clear path, both indoors and outdoors, for the delivery team to ensure successful delivery. 

The delivery team is not able to assist in removing any furniture or complementary components from your room or home. They cannot disassemble and remove your old bed, mattress, sofa or other furniture in order to assemble your new item.

Our delivery service is threshold delivery, which means the delivery team will bring the order to the first dry, safe, accessible area of your home (such as your front door, lobby, or building entrance).

Room of choice delivery is not offered at this time.  

Assembly is not included or offered at this time. 

Delivery should be scheduled within 14 days of first notice of availability to avoid additional fees or order cancellation.

Requesting a delivery date change less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date may result in a redelivery fee.

Deliveries without a service elevator that exceed 2 flights of stairs may result in an additional fee.

You must maintain the original packaging in order to facilitate a return.
